Angeboten werden nicht rückzahlbare Zuschüsse für Projektvorbereitungen, Partnerschaften und strategische Allianzen. Zielgruppe sind Unternehmen, die sich langfristig vor Ort engagieren. Voraussetzung sind ein entwicklungspolitischer Nutzen sowie 50 Prozent Eigenleistung.
